Vacuum-packed, ready-cooked chestnuts from an artisan producer in France. Prepared using the signature method developed by André Ponthier thirty years ago. It is an entirely natural process which protects their authentic, rich flavour.
-Hulled over a flame and sorted by hand. Once the best chestnuts are selected, they are then steam cooked in batches.
-No chemicals, additives or preservatives.
