Instead of the usual potato mash or slices, this satisfying fish pie recipe has a moreish cheesy leek mash topping. It could possibly be the perfect comfort food. Serve on it’s own for 4 large servings or for 6 with extra vegetables on the side e.g green beans and carrots.
