In 2016, Hobbs House Bakery began working with the Ifakara Bakery in Tanzania. They developed their first gluten-free loaf and saw it as an opportunity to give back. For every award-winning GiFt loaf sold, a loaf of bread is donated to children in need in Tanzania. To date, they have donated over 17,360 loaves.
At Hobbs House Bakery they believe there are some things you can't rush. All their bread and confectionery is made by hand with true care and attention, many using 'overnight' fermentation for a deeper flavour and a better rise.
